Weekend Business Speaking event

Hotel Indigo was in a convenient location near the freeway but far enough away to not get the noise. We enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning which was worth the extra charge. We also had a refrigerator brought into the room as it's not typically included. Our visit was post Labor Day so the pool was closed. Only down side was that our room door was not functioning upon our arrival but the staff quickly assigned us another room. I appreciate their quick attention as it was 2:45 am when we checked in due to a delayed flight from the west coast. The free parking was a nice perk

Good Value Close to Boston

I stayed here for two weeks in August and again in October. So many things to appreciate here: friendly and very helpful staff (with one or two exceptions), scrupulously clean, spacious rooms and great restaurant. Encountered some minor problems, which were graciously handled. And excellent warm chocolate chip cookies at 4 pm. When I was working steadily in the business center, someone from the front desk came to let me know one day that cookies had arrived. Only comcern is that the hotel seems to be trying to find a balance between being a catering and event space or a hotel for guests. Seems like growing pains

Acceptable Accomodations

Hotel Indigo is part of the IHG family of hotels (Holiday Inn). It is basically a Holiday Inn Express for Millennials with updated furniture and design. We purchased this hotel through Hotwire and stayed two nights. The location is about a four (4) block walk to the Riverside Green Line train - which is the nicest aspect of this hotel. The rooms are small, but sufficient. They were updated to appeal to the younger generation and the hotel caters to that crowd. No free breakfast and they charge for parking. The room was clean, but not impeccable (but no hotels are these days). Nice, but nothing special. In fact, you can tell that the hotel was changed from something else to the Hotel Indigo - as it shows wear in the hallways and on the walls. Frankly, there are nicer hotels in the same price range

Nice hotel, good price, good location

LIked the decor and ambiance. Most of all I appreciated that they provided ceramic mugs and glass glasses! Often mid-range hotels ONLY provide cardboard or plastic cups in the room which I hate drinking out of. So, well done, HOtel Indigo!!!! Friendly, helpful staff. Only negative: room was too light. Need better shades/curtains to block light
